Shipping Policy

At Broad & Bat, every order is packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find details about how we handle shipping, delivery times, and tracking.

 

1. Order Processing Time

Each order is processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
During high-volume periods, product drops, or special releases, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated if there’s a delay.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We currently ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your region and order size.

Estimated delivery times (U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
     

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing
     

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or other external factors.

 

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.
International delivery times and rates will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking email for your link to activate.

 

5. Shipping Issues or Lost Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Double-check your shipping address.
     

  2. Look around your property or with neighbors (sometimes carriers leave packages in hidden spots).
     

  3. Contact your local post office or carrier.
     

If you still can’t locate it after these steps, email us at support@broadandbat.com — we’ll do everything we can to help resolve the issue.

Please note: Broad & Bat is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

 

6. Pre-Orders and Limited Drops

For pre-order or limited-release items, please check product descriptions for specific ship dates. These orders may take longer to fulfill depending on production timelines, but you’ll always receive an update when your item ships.

 

7. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact support@broadandbat.com immediately.
We can only adjust addresses before your order ships.

 

8. Returns Due to Incorrect Addresses

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs once the package is returned to our facility.
