Keenan is the creative force behind Broad & Bat, a brand born from grit, humor, and unapologetic expression. With a background in design and a passion for storytelling, he launched Broad & Bat to give voice to the bold, the quirky, and the fiercely authentic sports fan. Every shirt is a reflection of his belief that clothing should spark conversation, celebrate individuality, and carry a little bit of personality.
Before becoming a full-time designer, Keenan earned a degree in Childhood and Special Education. Teaching taught him how to connect with people, listen, and understand what makes something truly meaningful. Those lessons became the foundation of his design philosophy, creating things that not only look good, but feel personal, relatable, and human.
Broad & Bat was born out of that mindset, a lifelong dream to build something that blends creativity, sport, and culture into one identity. It started as a vision to create designs that celebrate fandom, nostalgia, and community, but it’s also a reminder to chase what drives you, even when others don’t see the vision yet.
Keenan has always believed dreamers see the world differently. Dreamers imagine things before they exist, and keep going when others tell us we can’t. Broad & Bat is proof of that, of turning “what if” into “why not.” It’s for the ones who stay true to their passion, who believe in the work, and who want to give something back along the way.
Because at the end of the day, this brand isn’t just for Keenan. It’s for anyone who’s ever been told “maybe someday,” and decided to make someday happen.
