Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping with Broad & Bat. We take pride in the quality, detail, and care that goes into every piece we make. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Returns
Because many of our items are limited runs or made-to-order, we can only accept returns for the following reasons:

The item arrived damaged or defective

You received the wrong size, style, or product
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it

It must be returned in the original packaging

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
To start a return, email support@broadandbat.com with:

Your order number
-
Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
-
A brief explanation of the issue
Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label or further instructions.
2. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to help exchange it for the correct one — if stock allows.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost on size exchanges unless the mistake was on our end.
To request an exchange, contact support@broadandbat.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable
If your item was marked as “Final Sale” or part of a limited drop, it may not be eligible for return or refund. These items will always be clearly marked as such on the product page.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Then contact your bank. Processing times vary
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received it, reach out to us at support@broadandbat.com
5. Shipping Returns
You’ll receive the return shipping address and instructions once your return is approved.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) so we can make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Gift cards

Discounted or sale items

Limited-edition drops marked Final Sale

Worn, washed, or altered apparel
